ASTM 6239: In late June, 2012, the EPA formally approved this method to determine the uranium activity and mass in drinking waters and other matrices. This solvent extraction method is well suited for the hard waters that dominate Arizona and other Western states. We will be offering this method immediately as it is superior to most other isotopic methods.
Wall Street Journal exposes a radiation scam. A consumer scam where victims submit strands of hair for a “magic” test that determines their exposure to radioactive materials was exposed by the WSJ in the April 6, 2012 edition of the paper. This scam is prevalent in the US as well as Japan. Don’t get scammed! The article and a video report are available in the online version of the paper.
