Arizona has an occupational radiofrequency radiation exposure standard incorporated into the statutes (Title 9). These rules are administered by the Arizona Department of Health Services Bureau of Radiation Control and the rules incorporate by reference, the IEEE C95.1, 1999 RF Standards for occupational exposure limits. Further, the rules require certain RF sources be registered and surveyed annually. Training for operators and other exposed personnel is also required. This training covers these training requirements. The topics reviewed in the class are:

A multiple choice test is offered following the class and those that pass receive a certificate. The cost for the class is $160 and it is currently offered live online via Zoom.
